Southern Health-Santé Sud (SH-SS) is rolling out Andgo Smart Call across Acute Care, Personal Care Home and Transitional Care facilities for all staff positions requiring vacancy replacement. Please see Andgo Coming Soon Poster for more details about Andgo.

Andgo Smart Call module implementation is scheduled to occur in February 2026 as follows:

• All Acute Regional Centres-Support staff: February 5, 2026
• All Acute Community Hospitals-Clinical & support staff: Feb 12, 2026
• All Personal Care Homes/Transitional Care Centres: Feb 19, 2026

To prepare for implementation:

• All facilities/programs are requested to select Andgo Super Users (Consider Managers, Supervisors, Schedulers, Educators & staff reps-number of Super Users to be determined by each facility)
• Week of January 12, 2026 – Additional information will be provided. Education resources will be available to Super Users.
• Week of January 19, 2026 till date of implementation – Staff set up Andgo accounts. Educational material will be available and drop in sessions will be planned by Staff Development to support staff that require assistance.
