Nursing Practice Council
- Comprised of direct care nurses from programs and facilities across Southern Health-Santé Sud, including: a nurse practitioner and nurse representatives from Staff Development, Infection Prevention & Control, Patient Safety and Leadership.
- Provides a safe and judgement free forum for nurses to bring forward clinical practice issues and participate in developing solutions and strategies to address issues and ensure patient safetyand has a direct reporting connection to the SH-SS Regional Lead – Acute Care & Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Leadership Team.
Nurses interested in bringing forward clinical practice issues are requested to use this form following the process outlined on page 2.
