The 2024-2025 Compliments and Concerns Annual Report has been uploaded to the StaffNet. This report provides a high-level summary of feedback formally documented throughout the 2024-25 fiscal year. Please note that not all feedback from the public is documented through the Compliment and Concern process – for example, when issues are addressed and resolved immediately at the time they are raised.
In 2024-25, several compliments were documented for the first time. This feedback is important to give a better picture of how the public, patients, and clients perceive care, services, environment, access, and other aspects. Staff were complimented on the care provided, their competence, and communication.
Please review this report and share with all staff, we encourage teams to analyze trends and consider adding any improvements into their quality improvement plans!
