A one hour, online instructor-led course provides an introduction to Cultural Safety, Two-Eyed Seeing and trauma / violence informed care in the Emergency Department.

Offered by Indigenous Health, topics include:

• Colonization and its impact on the Emergency department
• The Cultural Safety cycle
• Steps to creating a culturally safe environment
