Digital Shared Services is in the process of migrating all Office 2019 products to Office M365. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote, and is being done to ensure both ongoing product support and that your office applications have the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements.

While there will be some visual changes and feature updates, actual workflow for users will remain largely the same. New quick reference guides going over the changes have been made available on our Digital Resources & Guides webpage.

The migration will be rolled out gradually across departments, and for the most part does not require any action from end users. If actions are required on your part, you’ll receive an email with instructions to help with the transition.
