Disclosure Poster

• WHO/WHAT:  for both public and staff to be displayed in public/staff areas.
• WHEN: posters are being printed on wipeable paper and will be distributed in May.
• WHY:  updated the information to reflect current legislation and disclosure processes.

Self-Learning Modules – Disclosure Process

• WHO/WHAT:  self-education training is offered to clinical team members (but all staff are welcome to take this education).
• WHEN:  the updated self-education module is available now and it only takes 15 minutes!
• WHERE:  located on StaffNet under Learning Opportunities – Self-Learning Modules – Patient Safety – Disclosure Process.
• WHY:  updated the information to reflect current legislation and disclosure processes.  

Kindly share with your staff so that can review these resources as they provide an excellent opportunity to brush up on disclosure knowledge and communication skills.
