ROP of the Week will return next week, but in the meantime, we are introducing Mini Tracer resources developed by Shared Health, which sites and programs may choose to use to help increase team members’ awareness and understanding of the ROPs.

Visit the Mini Tracers section to find guidance on how to conduct a Mini Tracer, as well as sample surveyor questions that staff may be asked related to the ROP of the Week.

New questions will be added each week to complement the featured ROP.
