Changes in RL for submissions involving equipment and supplies are now live. You can find additional information about these RL improvements on our RL Event Reporting page and the Product Complaints page.

  • Most paper Product Complaint forms and online product complaint forms are discontinued as of today.
  • Drug complaints, service contract issues and vendor representative issues will continue to be submitted through the paper complaint process.

All clinical staff and staff with a role in product complaint reporting should complete the training “MDI and Product Complaint reporting in RL” video on the LMS.
