We have successfully implemented the RL online Safety Event Reporting System and wanted to remind all staff of the importance of reporting safety events!

We also wanted to recognize your great work as to date over 800 events have been entered into RL ! As a reminder, all safety events can be entered online by either going to the RL icon on the Southern Health-Santé Sud shortcut page or on a tablets/work phone with the QR code.

We have also uploaded resources on the StaffNet for easy access under: Programs & Services > Quality, Planning, Performance > Patient Safety | RL

There are many Provincial resources available for staff that can be accessed here.
