Discontinue the use of Payroll Advice Form (PAF) – it is consolidated into the Employee Status Form, which includes the following change types:

  •  Additional Position
  • Change in Pay
  • Gradual Return to Work (GRTW) (Note: processes for notifying managers and scheduling for these employee changes will remain the same)
