EAP Workshop | Strong Leader Group (Virtual)

This facilitated debriefing provides a flexible structure for leaders to unpack the experience of being a leader. The facilitator guides participants through check-in, acknowledgement of the current challenges facing the leaders, resilience-building through identification of strengths and strategies and a closing checkout. The opportunity to connect and debrief in a facilitated setting is meaningful and well-received by leaders at all levels. When leaders are supported and their resilience is reinforced, they are stronger and better able to support their staff, benefiting the whole workplace. ***This is an interactive session with the expectation that cameras are on, and leaders participate***

Who should attend:  all staff (leaders)

Held virtually via TEAMS

Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.

A max. of 15 Leaders.

REGISTRATION is on LMS:

• Go to the LMS log in page. Your pop-up blocker must be disabled.
• Create an LMS account (if you don’t already have one). A work email address is required – please connect with your hiring manager for assistance with this.
• Log into the LMS.
• Use the search feature (top right) to find “EAP” and then click register on the workshop(s) you wish to take.
• After you have registered for the workshop, it will appear in your “learning plan” and you will be sent the link for the virtual session. Please note that all communication from the LMS will be sent to your work email.
