Join us for an engaging one-hour session that delves into the health risks of prolonged sitting and its impact on workplace productivity. This presentation offers practical strategies to counteract sedentary behavior, such as incorporating short, effective “exercise snacks”, breaking up sitting time, and integrating more movement into daily routines. Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.
