Breaking Free from the Chair: Reducing Sedentary Behavior for a Healthier Workday

Join us for an engaging one-hour session that delves into the health risks of prolonged sitting and its impact on workplace productivity. Discover the implications of a sedentary lifestyle, including increased risks of chronic conditions, diminished psychological well-being, and the challenge of “exercise resistance”. This presentation offers practical strategies to counteract sedentary behavior, such as incorporating short, effective “exercise snacks”, breaking up sitting time, and integrating more movement into daily routines. Gain actionable tips to enhance well-being, boost productivity, and create a healthier, more active work environment – valuable insights for employees and employers alike.

Who should attend:  all staff

Held virtually via Microsoft Teams

Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.

A max. of 75 participants and a min. of 25.
