From Reactivity to Resilience: Breathwork Tools for Workplace Clarity and Calm
Stressful conversations. Performance pressures. Emotional fatigue. In today’s workplace, it’s easy to get caught in reactive patterns that drain focus and connection. This one-hour experiential workshop introduces breathwork as a science-backed, practical tool to regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and bring more clarity into high-stakes moments. Through guided practice, you’ll learn:
•Why the nervous system drives automatic stress responses
•How breath can quickly restore calm and presence
•Simple techniques you can use anytime—before a tough conversation, during workplace challenges, or to recover after stress
No slides. No lecture. Just real-time tools you’ll feel working right away. Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers practical strategies to support healthier communication, resilience under pressure, and a renewed sense of connection.
Who should attend: all staff
Held virtually via TEAMS/ZOOM
Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.
A max. of 75 participants and a min. of 25.
REGISTRATION is on LMS:
- Go to the LMS log in page. Your pop-up blocker must be disabled.
- Create an LMS account (if you don’t already have one). A work email address is required – please connect with your hiring manager for assistance with this.
- Log into the LMS.
- Use the search feature (top right) to find “EAP” and then click register on the workshop(s) you wish to take.
- After you have registered for the workshop, it will appear in your “learning plan” and you will be sent the link for the virtual session. Please note that all communication from the LMS will be sent to your work email.
