Helping Manitobans Navigate Private and Public Healthcare
Join us for an informative and practical session designed to help you make sense of Manitoba’s healthcare landscape. We’ll explore how to apply for and access Manitoba health benefits and demystify what’s covered under public healthcare. You’ll also gain valuable insights into what private health insurance offers and how it can fill the gaps not covered by the public system. By the end of this presentation, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how public and private health benefits can work together to better support your health and the health of your family. Whether you’re new to Manitoba, considering supplemental coverage, or simply wanting to make the most of your healthcare options, this session will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the system effectively.

Held virtually via TEAMS/ZOOM
Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.
A max. of 75 participants and a min. of 25.
REGISTRATION is on LMS:
- Go to the LMS log in page. Your pop-up blocker must be disabled.
- Create an LMS account (if you don’t already have one). A work email address is required – please connect with your hiring manager for assistance with this.
- Log into the LMS.
- Use the search feature (top right) to find “EAP” and then click register on the workshop(s) you wish to take.
- After you have registered for the workshop, it will appear in your “learning plan” and you will be sent the link for the virtual session. Please note that all communication from the LMS will be sent to your work email.
