EAP Workshop | Handling Difficult Interactions (Virtual)
Client Facing Roles often interact with individuals who are overwhelmed, frustrated, or experiencing heightened emotions. This training provides practical strategies for responding with confidence and empathy—whether over the phone or in person. Participants will learn mindful communication techniques, how to de-escalate intense situations, identify available resources for support, and implement self-care strategies to manage stress after challenging interactions.
Who should attend: all staff
Held virtually via Microsoft Teams
Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.
A max. of 75 participants and a min. of 25.
For January to February 2026 Sessions, registration will remain via LMS.
