EAP Workshop | Menopause at Work (Virtual)
Menopause at Work: Understanding, Support, and Practical Strategies
Menopause is a natural life transition that can influence energy, concentration, sleep, and emotional wellbeing—often in ways that show up at work. Because menopause looks different for everyone, its impact can be misunderstood or overlooked in workplace settings.
This engaging, educational session builds understanding and normalizes the conversation around menopause at work. Participants will learn about common experiences and challenges, explore practical, non-medical strategies to support wellbeing at work and at home, and gain clarity on available workplace supports and resources.
Designed for employees and leaders alike, this session encourages compassion, flexibility, and open dialogue—helping create workplaces where people feel supported to navigate menopause with confidence, dignity, and success.
