EAP Workshop | Embracing Change-Building Emotional and Mental Agility During Difficult Transitions (Virtual)
Change is a normal part of life, yet it can still feel unsettling — especially when it’s unexpected or outside of our control. Most of us rely on routines and predictability to feel safe and steady. When those are disrupted, it can take time and effort to regain our footing.
This workshop explores practical ways to navigate change with greater resilience and confidence. Participants will learn simple, research-informed strategies to manage stress and uncertainty in the moment, as well as tools to support longer-term adjustment.
Together, we’ll look at how to strengthen emotional flexibility, maintain hope during challenging times, and approach change as an opportunity for growth and renewed purpose.
Who should attend: all staff
Held virtually via Microsoft Teams
Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.
