Public Guardian and Trustee Education | Virtual

Purpose of this virtual education is to inform clinical staff what Public Guardian and Trustee do and to gain insights on some questions such as:

• When do we involve them
• When they are involved is there anything that can still be dealt with, with the resident, patient, client still
• How do we communicate with the Public Guardian or Trustee
• How long do we expect before receiving a response
• What do we do if there is no response
• How are we made aware when the Public Guardian or Trustee change

Target audience are PCH staff mostly, Managers, CRNs, Social Workers, Nurses. Other regional staff are welcome to join.
