We recognize the ever-changing landscape of health care leadership – sessions will be geared towards informing, equipping and empowering managers with the knowledge and tools to successfully lead their teams.

9:30 am-12 pm:
- Labour Relations – Conducting Investigations
- Work Safety & Health – Interactive Safety Scenarios: Right to Refuse process, Incident Investigation, Hazard Recognition, and Workplace Safety Committees
12:45-3:30 pm:
- Recruitment & Retention
- Ability Management – ABC’s of Ability Management
Each session has a 30-person limit and will be first come first served basis.
