Who should attend: for non-union managers
We recognize the ever-changing landscape of health care leadership – sessions will be geared towards informing, equipping and empowering managers with the knowledge and tools to successfully lead their teams.

9:30 am-12 pm:
- Session Labour Relations – Conflict Management & Respectful Workplace – FULL
- Session Workplace Safety & Health – Supervisor Responsibilities
12:45-3:30 pm:
- Session Recruitment & Retention – FULL
- Session Disability Management – Psychological Safety
Each session has a 30-person limit and will be first come first served basis.
