Leadership Development | Phase 2
This workshop will allow participants to develop a solid working level of the skills and knowledge needed for the specific supervisory activities of coaching, feedback, performance management, documenting and taking corrective actions to build a positive working relationship with staff.
You will have an opportunity to work with other managers and supervisors to discuss, analyze and problem solve around some of these topics. The workshop will outline the relevant regional HR policies, procedures and practices that influence effective performance management.
Who should attend: intended for those individuals currently employed in Leadership Roles who practice performance management within Southern Health–Santé Sud. If you are not currently employed in a Leadership Role, this workshop will not be appropriate for you. Please feel free to register for either Leadership Development Phase 1 or Phase 3.
Note to Participant
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.
- No registration fee for this session.
- Lunch and coffee/water will be provided. If you wish to have a snack, please bring one with you.
- Participants need to attend BOTH days to be credited for this workshop
- Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
- Registration closes (1) week prior to the session and is limited to 25 participants.
