Leadership Development | Phase 3
The workshop will examine the components necessary for effectively implementing any change and mitigating the potential negative impacts of change. You will have an opportunity to work with other managers and supervisors to discuss, analyze and problem solve change management principles.
Workshop Objectives
- Understand the impact of transition.
- Identify what each stage of change requires for people to move forward.
- Assist others through the change process.
- Examine a framework for change.
Who should attend: This interactive workshop is intended for those individuals employed in Leadership Roles or who aspire to be in Leadership Roles within Southern Health–Santé Sud.
Note to Participant
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.
- No registration fee for this session.
- Lunch and coffee/water will be provided. If you wish to have a snack, please bring one with you.
- Participants need to attend BOTH days to be credited for this workshop
- Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
- Registration closes (1) week prior to the session and is limited to 25 participants.
