16th Annual PHIA & Privacy Week 2025

Theme:  Navigating Privacy in a Connected World: Protecting Information, Building Trust

Previously branded as PHIA Week, this event is set to deliver an engaging and insightful lineup of speakers from the Manitoba Ombudsman’s office, eChart, Digital Shared Services and the Manitoba government’s Access and Privacy Branch.  Participants will gain valuable knowledge and practical tools to enhance their skills in protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal and personal health information.  The week will conclude with an in-person workshop tailored specifically for privacy officers and delegates, offering case studies and expert advice.

Resource Speaker: Jenna Heide 

Jenna brings over eleven years of expertise in implementing province-wide clinical solutions, such as eChart Manitoba and eHealth_hub Services.

She leads comprehensive user-training initiatives and strategically integrates these platforms to streamline workflows across diverse care settings, including acute care, outpatient services, personal-care homes, private clinics, and source systems.

Jenna remains continuously engaged in refining and enhancing eChart to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
