Regional Obstetrical Orientation 5-Day | DAY 1 (PDGH)
Regional Obstetrical Orientation is comprised of 5 days and staff are required to attend all 5 days of the session.
Who should attend: RNs and LPNs new to the Obstetrical Unit

- antenatal antibody development
- hyperemesis gravidarum
- pyelonephritis
- STBBI
- Leopold’s maneuvers
- pelvic exams
- antepartum hemorrhage
- PROM/PPROM
- preterm labour
- DVT/PE/AFE
- post term complications

- Please register for the other ROO days to complete the 5-day Regional Obstetrical Orientation.
- Each day requires separate registration. Please refer to StaffNet – Education Events under “Perinatal” or “Orientation” category to see all ROO dates.

- Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.
- No registration fee for this session.
- Participants will be responsible for their own meals/drinks/snacks.
- Registration closes (1) week prior to the session.
