Supportive Care in Labour | BRHC
This 4-hour in-person Workshop provides information and hands on skills to enhance the healthcare providers knowledge of Supportive Care in Labour. This comprehensive, trauma informed approach works with the client during labour, to match the client’s birth plan goals as close as possible while enhancing the healthcare providers knowledge of body alignment within the Labour and Delivery environment.

- Communication and Informed Decision Making
- Perceptions and Experience
- Comfort Techniques
- Positioning and Movement
Who should attend: Midwives, Obstetrical Nurses
Pre-requisite: Completion of the Self Directed Learning Module “Supportive Care In Labour”

- Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration.
- No registration fee for this session.
