New Digital Shared Services Self-service Portal Launching June 18

Digital Shared Services is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new Self-service Portal on June 18, 2025. This modern portal is designed to streamline how staff across Manitoba’s Health Authorities interact with Digital Shared Services and submit requests.
What to Expect:
At launch, the portal will allow staff to:
- Submit account access requests using a new, consolidated web-based form
- Check the status of their Service Desk tickets
- Add notes or updates to existing tickets
- Access Centralized Resources, Guides, and FAQs related to Digital Services
Additional self-service features will be introduced over time, further enhancing your ability to manage requests quickly and easily.

New Account Access Request Form
As part of this rollout, we’re introducing a consolidated, web-based access request form. This new form replaces various PDF, Word, and SharePoint forms currently in use, including those for Remote Access and account provisioning. The new form will be available when the Portal launches on June 18.
