New Digital Shared Services Self-service Portal Now Available
The Digital Shared Services Self-Service Portal is now live and should be used for all account access requests.
The self-service portal allows you to:
- Submit access requests directly online
- Track the status of your Service Desk tickets
- Access centralized Digital Services resources

Please bookmark this for easy access. It’s also linked on all regional health authority internal sites.
Moving forward, please ensure that all account and remote access requests are submitted through the Self-Service Portal. Any previously saved PDF or MS Word versions of request forms should be deleted as we transition to the new digital forms.
