Thank you for the feedback shared regarding facility lockdown procedures. We have created a new poster that will be placed on the inside of exit doors during a facility lockdown.

The poster advises anyone wishing to leave the facility to speak with staff first. This ensures:

• We can inform them of any potential risks outside
• Doors are only unlocked safely and when appropriate

Please ensure that, in the event of a lockdown, these posters are placed promptly and that all individuals are directed to communicate with staff before exiting.
