For patients – this means safer treatments, improved outcomes, and a more personalized experience.
For health care teams – this means a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and efficiency, ultimately ensuring that both patients and providers benefit from better care processes, reduced errors, and more effective health care delivery.
In alignment to our strategic priorities and Manitoba’s Quality and Learning Framework, quality improvement initiatives address at least one of the following:

Lean Projects and Quality Improvement Plans are documented quality improvement initiatives. However, quality improvement is also integrated in our everyday work including meeting personal care home and accreditation standards.
