Regional Orientation, Facility Orientation and Health Care Aide Orientation Process Clarification
The hand-in paperwork for Regional Orientation, Facility Orientation and Health Care Aide Orientation must be handed in to the Manager, then sent to the Education Facilitator who verifies completion. The Education Facilitator sends the hand in paperwork to the personnel records.
When the Education Facilitator verifies completion, this is then sent to payroll to pay staff for their time. Staff are paid 4 hours for Regional Orientation, 3.5 hours for Facility Orientation and 4 hours for Health Care Aide Orientation.
