What is RL?

RL is a Shared Health’s provincial web-based incident reporting system that captures safety events and public feedback.

Using an online system will standardize reporting and generate local and provincial reports to identify and analyze trends

Why the change?

Who?

ALL care providers will learn the new safety event reporting system and how to use the data for quality improvement and patient safety.

Managers will have the ability to update files electronically and run program-specific reports on trending issues.
