The Regional Annual Safety Event Report 2023-2024 and Compliments and Concerns 2023-2024 Annual Report are now available on the StaffNet. These reports will be locked therefore you will be required to use your SH-SS login to access them.

These high-level summaries of the reports submitted from the last fiscal year should be reviewed or shared with all staff. Check out the reports to see trends and themes from reporting over the fiscal year and know that your delivery of reporting makes a difference! For example, you can see some of the changes that have taken place as a result of staff reviewing reports over the fiscal year.
