Disaster Management task sheet templates have been revised to reflect the new RL reporting process.

Sites editing task sheets should confirm the after-event tasks match the new revised template with the RL edits as well as any other recent edits.

The new RL process changes the after-event tasks for all 23 task sheets, to update them all will require a lot of work for all sites to reflect the new information, so sites can use a label to place over the current after-action tasks to notify the Incident Commander to use the After-Event Task Sheet located in the Site Operations Centre Tools folder.

These labels and the Site Operations Centre Tools folders will be sent to all health facilities. The folders have resources already inside but will require sites to populate the phone numbers or replace the call-in list with their own and add floor plans.

Please email [email protected] to request additional Site Operation Tools folders if your facility requires more then the one being sent, especially if they have multiple potential locations for where the Site Operations Centres might be set up, or to request one for your office site as the labels and folders are only being sent to facilities unless requested.
