We are pleased to announce that Scott Penner has accepted the position of Construction Officer working in the Regional Construction Office. 

Scott brings with him a wealth of knowledge in mechanical systems and project management/project coordination.  His experience as an engineering projects coordinator at St. Boniface Hospital has helped him round out his project management experience within the health care industry.

Scott’s first day will be August 25, 2025.
