We are pleased to welcome Jenna Tomalin to our organization as a Data Integrity Analyst within Health Information Services. Jenna is a certified Health Information Management Professional and brings over nine years of experience in Health Information Services. Most recently, she served as a Data Integrity Training Analyst with Shared Health.

Jenna is well-versed in gathering and analyzing data, planning and improving data quality, streamlining workflows, and developing training materials for clinical systems. Her most recent accomplishment includes the successful implementation of Ambulatory Care and OPAL scanning in the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system at the Manitoba Spine Clinic. She also played a key role in the rollout of EPR Clinical Documentation at the Women’s Hospital and the Emergency Department at Health Sciences Centre, as well as the implementation of EPR Scheduling across multiple clinics.

With her valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in health information systems, Jenna will be instrumental in supporting our team as our region transitions to electronic documentation and scanning within EPR.

Jenna’s first day will be July 14, 2025.
