I am excited to announce Shauna Sanderson is the successful applicant for Director of Personal Care Homes East term position.  Shauna started into her new role on May 12^th.

Shauna brings with her a strong foundation of leadership and experience within Manitoba’s health care system, having served as Regional Therapy Manager with Prairie Mountain Health and as Manager of Lions Prairie Manor in Southern Health-Santé Sud.

Her time at Lions Prairie Manor highlighted her deep commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-focused long-term care, and she has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to support her team through change and continuous improvement.

Shauna’s collaborative approach, adaptability, and focus on quality and safety will be valuable assets as she joins Marianne Woods in leading the PCH team forward.
