We are excited to announce that Cassie Flaman has been hired into the Labour Relations Officer position within the Human Resources department.

Cassie brings over 8 years of Human Resources experience; her most recent role as Senior Human Resources Consultant with St. Boniface Hospital. She is well-versed in areas of attendance management, collective agreement interpretation, workplace investigations, and she prioritizes building trusting relationships with managers and unions partners. Prior to moving into the Human Resources field, Cassie was a Resource Coordinator within the Home Care Program in Southern Health-Santé Sud so she is accustomed with our region and may be a familiar face to staff.

In her role as Labour Relations Officer, Cassie’s area of focus will be the facilities located on the east side of Highway 75 (previously Michelle Davis’ assignment). Her office will be based out of Niverville and her onboarding will include travelling to the sites within her portfolio to get acquainted with management.

Cassie’s first day will be July 7. Please join us in welcoming her back to the region.
