We are excited to share updates to the Primary Care Leadership Team.

We are pleased to announce that Nikita Devloo, RN, BN has accepted the Part-Time, 0.5FTE, permanent position as Manager, Health Services – Primary Care, effective June 9th, 2025. Nikita will be based at the Regional Office – Notre Dame. Nikita has 9 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, including two years as a Clinical Resource Nurse, at Centre de santé Notre-Dame Health Centre. Nikita’s responsibilities will include My Health Team Portage/Gladstone and My Health Team Morden/Winkler.

We are pleased to announce that Roxanne Maynard, RN, BN has accepted the bilingual, Full-Time, permanent position as Manager, Health Services – Primary Care, effective June 16th, 2025. Roxanne has 17 years nursing experience including leadership roles in emergency care, medicine and palliative care. Her most recent role is a URIS coordinator role/Direct Service Nurse in Public Health. Roxanne will be based at Bethesda Primary Care Centre and also work from Community Health Services – Niverville office. Roxanne’s responsibilities will include Mon équipe santé, My Health Team Steinbach, Quick Care Clinic and site lead for Bethesda Primary Care Centre.

As Primary Care continues to evolve its organizational structure, communication regarding future updates will be forthcoming.
