We would like to congratulate Liana Alton on her term position as the Regional Education Lead. Liana was the Educator/Infection Control Practitioner (ICP) for Boyne Lodge. She will still be providing education on wound care for the SDO.

We would like to congratulate Kim Funk in her new role as Regional Infection Control Practitioner Educator & Digital Health Facilitator. Kim has been with our program since the pandemic, she has taught and performed ICP duties in her full time role at 5 sites. We are looking forward to her in her new regional role with us.

We would like to congratulate Shawna Hayward in her new term role as Education Facilitator/ICP at Boyne Lodge. Shawna has worked as a nurse in Boyne, her experience as a nurse and at Boyne will prove to be an asset in this new endeavor.

We would like to congratulate Elizabeth Botterill is being the successful candidate in the Staff Development Coordinator role. Elizabeth had been doing the role for over a year in a term position and possessed all of the skills and experience needed for this role.

Congratulation to our three Summer Students: Allison Friesen (East area), Kristen Buhler (Mid south area) and Teresa Kliver (West area). Allison and Krista are already in their roles. Teresa will be starting July 2, 2025.
