On May 12, 2025, Tissue Bank Manitoba will be moving to a new answering service platform – the On-Demand Contact Centre (ODCC).

ODCC is a contact center interface that will support service level optimization and provide callers with a direct connection to Tissue Bank Manitoba Coordinators.

The contact number for Tissue Bank Manitoba will remain the same at 204-940-1750 and all calls received will be automatically routed through the new system.

Note: Calls received after-hours will be provided a selection option based on the service required.
