As most of you know, the Hippo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) has reached end-of life, and we are switching to TMA along with all other Service Delivery Organizations (SDO’s).

The TMA go live is scheduled for Monday, December 1, 2025.

What’s Changing:

There will be a new TMA link on the Southern Health-Santé Sud web page Southern Health-Santé Sud – SH Shortcuts which will replace the current Hippo system link. The link will direct you to the TMA Work Order Submit Form (login is not required at this time) for submitting work orders. Similar to HIPPO, you will fill in the required fields on work orders.  The visual icon to access TMA:

Future updates and process changes that affect work order requests will be communicated as they roll out.

TMA Support Requests:

• Starting on Monday, December 1, 2025, please email all TMA support requests to: [email protected]. (managed by the same team currently managing the Hippo Support requests)

Training:

• maintenance staff training sessions are happening this week
• work order request is user-friendly, therefore, no independent training has been scheduled. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the support team via email.
