• This listing provides consistency in naming conventions for sites including: acute, long term, transitional, emergency response services, mental health, home care, public health-healthy living and clinics. Community-owned sites and private clinics (fee-for-service) were consulted in developing listing.
• Standard format for Southern Health-Santé Sud administered programs and medical clinics: Program Name | Community Name
• Proper names of sites do not get translated. For sites/communities with higher French-speaking concentration, preference to depict ‘Bilingual’ address using abbreviated French format, i.e. Ste-Anne.
