Grief in All Its Forms: Understanding and Managing Loss in Personal and Professional Life
This presentation explores the diverse ways we experience grief, from personal losses to the unique challenges of grieving in the workplace. We will discuss the emotional, psychological, and social impacts of grief, highlighting how it can manifest in different areas of our lives. Special focus will be given to grief in the professional setting, including its effects on productivity, relationships with colleagues, and organizational dynamics. Attendees will learn strategies for coping with grief, supporting others, and fostering a compassionate and resilient work environment. This session aims to provide valuable insights and practical tools for managing grief in all its forms.

Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.
A max. of 75 participants and a min. of 25.
REGISTRATION is on LMS:
- Go to the LMS log in page. Your pop-up blocker must be disabled.
- Create an LMS account (if you don’t already have one). A work email address is required – please connect with your hiring manager for assistance with this.
- Log into the LMS.
- Use the search feature (top right) to find “EAP” and then click register on the workshop(s) you wish to take.
- After you have registered for the workshop, it will appear in your “learning plan” and you will be sent the link for the virtual session. Please note that all communication from the LMS will be sent to your work email.
