EAP Workshop | Psychological Safety in the Workplace (Virtual)
This workshop will explain this important new standard through group discussion. Some of the questions and topics for discussion would include:
- What is psychological safety?
- How does psychological safety affect the mental health and productivity of workers?
- What are some strategies that could be used in the workplace to create (and maintain) a psychologically safe space?
- What could you do if your workplace were psychologically unsafe, or if you felt unsafe at work?
Who should attend: all staff
Held virtually via TEAMS
Participants will need access to a computer with speakers and a microphone in order to participate virtually.
A max. of 75 participants and a min. of 25.
REGISTRATION is on LMS:
- Go to the LMS log in page. Your pop-up blocker must be disabled.
- Create an LMS account (if you don’t already have one). A work email address is required – please connect with your hiring manager for assistance with this.
- Log into the LMS.
- Use the search feature (top right) to find “EAP” and then click register on the workshop(s) you wish to take.
- After you have registered for the workshop, it will appear in your “learning plan” and you will be sent the link for the virtual session. Please note that all communication from the LMS will be sent to your work email.
