Southern Health-Santé Sud receives recalls/alerts from multiple external sources. A regional process is in place in order to centralize/standardize recalls/alerts within the organization including affiliate and community-owned not for profit proprietary sites. This streamlined approach ensures that the information is disseminated in a timely and efficient manner to applicable sites/programs.
A monthly report of all recalls/alerts are located here to promote patient safety and mitigate risks to individuals and the region.
