In November 2017 a Yellow Belt Project was initiated to focus on ordering of Nursing Supplies at Carman Memorial Hospital and Boyne Lodge. The team is focusing on the time frame between when a nursing supply is needed to when it is delivered and placed in the correct location. Our goal is to understand the process more fully, identify any opportunities for improvement, test trail changes, implement any changes and consider using the changes in all areas where supplies are ordered.
