In July 2017, a Yellow Belt Lean Project was initiated to standardize workspaces and processes for all our clerical support. This allows clinicians to do clinical activities rather than clerical activities, and therefore allows better access to clinical services for our external customers (the patients, clients, residents of SH-SS).
