Accounts Payable Lean

Project Status: Completed

The current accounts payable process for Southern Health–Santé Sud requires new approaches using innovation and technology to assist in streamlining the complete process. Our focus is to identify barriers and bottlenecks in the process and develop new ways that provide employees faster, easier and clearer functions for all staff member that touch invoices throughout the process. The goal of this Lean Six Sigma project is to reduce processing errors and increase processing speed.
