C.A.R.T (Clean Areas Reduce Tension)
Project Status: Completed
The C.A.R.T (Clean Areas Reduce Tension) 5S Lean project is focused on organizing clean linen carts for each unit. Bethesda Regional Health Center Medicine unit is the starting point for the project. The focus of the project is to clean up and organize the cart so staff have more time for patient care instead of searching for linen items and calling the linen department for linen they don’t see but is on the cart already.
