Are We There Yet?

In November 2015 a Green Belt Lean Project was initiated to focus on improvement opportunities during the time when a client is waiting for Personal Care Home (PCH) placement. The team is focusing on the time frame between when a client is accepted to panel and when they move into a PCH. Our goal is to understand this process more fully, identify opportunities for improvement, test trial changes and consider spreading changes if tests are successful.
